Faculty of Economics in Osijek, International Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies (ICES) is a partner in the 3EP project (European Entrepreneurship Educators Programme), which is financed by the European Union, from CIP funds. The project, whose activities have started in November of 2009, brings togeher the best institutions oriented towards the development of entrepreneurial education – National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship from United Kingdom, Turku Business School from Finland, and Aarhus Entrepreneurship Centre from Denmark. The general objectives of the project are to increase the number of students who attend entrepreneurial courses, to encourage creativity and innovativeness at universities, as well as to improve the image of entrepreneurship in the society. The objectives are implemented through several project activities – creation of a learning platform for sharing knowledge and information, development of a program for teaching entrepreneurship, encouraging institutional changes through alumni programs, and three summer schools in entrepreneurship for teachers of entrepreneurship at higher education institutions. Summer schools in entrepreneurship are held each year in one of the partner countries, and the first summer school was held in 2010 in Turku, Finland.
