The course is divided in two conceptual units. The first unit is orientated to explanation of the loan analysis process, which is used by banks and other financial institutions for evaluation of loan application of enterprises. The second unit concentrates on the entrepreneur who makes decision on loan approval, where key business credit information and factors which influence the decision are considered. Topics included in both mentioned units are: which loan analysis process needs to be followed for the purpose of making of decision on loan approval; what data and information needs to be available for achievement of preconditions for making of decision on loan approval; which financial coefficients, analytical tools and scoring systems are used for the purpose of revealing weaknesses and strengths of loan applicant company or buyer company; which reports are prepared by agencies for credit standing research; what are the particularities of loans for small entrepreneurs; what are all the factors that influence a business loan decision.
