Competitiveness of a business system depends on the ability to create innovative products and services and to innovate its own business processes and organisation. Innovativeness in business processes increases sustainable efficiency of the business, and it is based on entrepreneurial behaviour of ALL the employees in identification of opportunities for business improvement. The advantages and ways of creating entrepreneurial organisational climate with the aim to stimulate entrepreneurial behaviour of employees will be presented during the course.
