This course covers four main topics, each of which focuses on a different aspect of management of small or fast growing enterprises: human resources management; production, quality, marketing and sales management. Course is focused on building and managing enterprises from growth phase to maturity. The key topics are: success and entrepreneurs; entrepreneurs and environment; enterprise life cycle: management challenges and critical factors; human resources management in entrepreneurship: owners, managers; employees; entrepreneurial teams; quality management; product development management; services management; management in trade activity.
