Course focuses on financial needs of start-up companies and growing companies. The key topics are: finance management concept; techniques of financial analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises; cash flow management; financing of an entrepreneurial venture; planning and budgeting.
Course intensively uses case analysis method together with work on projects, in order for students to acquire skills necessary for managing finances in small and medium-sized enterprises.
