PAPER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE   

You are cordially invited to submit your research papers for consideration and presentation at the World  Finance Conference  (2021) that will take place on August  3th-6th, 2021 in Kristiansand, Norway. This four days conference, hosted by University of Agder, promotes the exchange of ideas in research, teaching, and managerial practices through formal presentations of research, discussions and   special  sessions.

AREAS OF INTEREST:  The scientific and organizing committees welcome submissions in all areas of finance, economics and banking.

Authors will be notified of the acceptance decision by  April 1st, 2021. 

BEST PAPER AWARDS

The awards will be given at the World Finance Conference Annual meeting and will recognize up to four papers:

• Best paper in Investments area – 1000 Euros
• Best paper in Corporate Governance area -1000 Euros
• Best paper in Financial Accounting   area – 1000  Euros
• Best paper in Sustainable Finance area -1000 euros

BEST PAPER AWARD PHD STUDENTS

•  Best  PhD Proposal ( or paper)  – 1000 Euros

DOCTORAL STUDENT TUTORIALS AND PHD SESSIONS

The World Finance Conference is offering  two options to PhD Students to participate in our events: PhD Sessions( full papers)  and  Doctoral Tutorial ( incomplete papers):

Phd Sessions  (Full papers): PhD students with completed papers, which includes literature review and statistics or models, can upload those papers on our platform. The World Finance Conference will organize normal sessions only with PhD students from all the parts of the world, promoting the opportunity to discuss their researches and increase the network. During the submissions choose the  option “Student: Yes“

Doctoral Tutorial (incomplete papers): The World Finance Conference also organizes a tutorial for PhD students as part of the Annual Meeting. We encourage PhD students to submit research proposals, or preliminary drafts, for one of their PhD essays and related to all the finance, economics and accounting areas. The Doctoral Tutorial will be chaired by a renamed group of top finance professors who will provide the students comments about your dissertation research. The authors must submit the papers in our platform and choose the option “Student: Yes” and also ” PhD Toturial”  in the end of “Topic Areas“.

In both cases the submission deadline is: March  1st, 2021
